It’s a great program. I like the bite-sized advice. My advisor is awesome. He’s helped me a lot with the roadmap for marketing. I like how he runs the group clinics. I know I can get my questions answered.

I feel stupid I didn’t sign up with you all earlier. I’m sure a lot of entrepreneurs are like me, who don’t delegate and trust enough. My advisor is a rockstar and helped me hire a rockstar. I feel like I’ve gotten my life back. I’ve been burned by so many consultants in the past. Lean Marketing is the ONLY vendor where when I’m writing the check, I smile.

We couldn't have been happier. We've tried a lot of coaches and this is the first time I feel really confident of what we are building. I love we are building our internal marketing and system capabilities and this is how we will do things from here on out. I'm so happy we found Lean Marketing.

We've 2xed both our website opt-in's and sales calls, and increased our conversion rates by 5%. We love our advisor. She's provided great insights, really adds a confidence factor to what we're doing, and removes the "are we on the right track or not" problem.

We’ve set up a lot now. The sessions have helped me put together a VIP campaign that brought in two big sales. We finally sent the 9 word reactivation email which created a lot of traction and we’re getting Hubspot set up.

For the first time, we don’t have any daily anxiety when it comes to our marketing. In fact, our emails have already brought in $73K in the first 10 days of April, which is just $10K away from our last month!

Minds blown again. Sometimes our calls are uncomfortable for me, but it's like going to one of my fitness classes. It's not meant to be comfortable. I'm getting a lot out of these and feeling really confident about my marketing.

I’m enjoying work with my advisor and feeling really optimistic. We’ve sorted out our target market, worked on our USP and worked on our messaging. They helped us with our customer journey. We’re already starting to see some leads. The program is going really well so far.

I don't know how he did it, but this is THE book you were searching for all your life about marketing! Allan Dib wrote a masterpiece and not only that: this is a no fluff, timeless practical approach to marketing. I have probably over 50 books about marketing on my bookshelf and several hundred ebooks, essays, etc. on my hard drive, but this one gave me in one afternoon several ideas that my company could actually execute right away! It's probably the reason why I am right now in Europe pitching one of our investment projects to investors. Thanks to Allan!!! I owe you more than one beer! :D Probably will end up owing you more like a beer factory!!! ;)

I've been in the marketing business as an owner of a small ad agency for 40 years, and on the client side as a marketing director, and as professor of marketing teaching college--not a better more accurate marketing book to read. And I read at least 2 business books per week.

I would give this book six stars if I could. If you're an entrepreneur, it will change your life. If you're not, you will still find it extremely interesting. I've genuinely enjoyed every page. I completely recommend it and at £2 on Kindle, there's no excuse.

This is the best book I've ever read. For years I've struggled, having a couple failed businesses under my belt. This is not for making a business plan, business plans are all about setting up your store, getting loans, paying taxes. All irrelevant if you have no customers. This book is the solution. You read the book through and at the end of each chapter fill in the square on the page. I personally chose to read each chapter, read it again answering the questions in a notebook, then transfer my answers to the one page marketing plan template. The questions in each chapter force you to think about things in a way I've never found so simple before. This isn't a quick one-page formula, this is an excellent book that guides you to get the answers you need from yourself, and put them all in order in a way that sheds a lot of light onto the sale techniques you can use, the opportunities you're missing out on, and the things you're doing wrong. It's taken me four days to complete the whole plan up to now. I have one more square left to fill and then I'm going to read the whole thing one more time and analyze my answers to make sure I've got a fully watertight plan. I've attached a pic of how the plan looks as you fill it in. Right now I feel more excited, confident, and raring to go than I've ever felt before. It's time to make this dream real.

As a small business owner for the past 20 years, I have found that building our own marketing plan to be one of the most difficult things to do. The time needed and the overall complexity that is often associated with building complete marketing plans that often get back-burnered as we take care of our client's needs first. The 1-Page Marketing Plan takes what is often a complicated process and boils it down to its most essential elements. While many complain that the book is overly simplistic, this is a feature, not a bug. Sometimes business owners get too stuck in the weeds that they are unable to move forward. Dib breaks the process down into bite-size chunks that make building a marketing plan easy enough that there are no more excuses for not doing.

If you're looking for an actionable way to create a marketing plan and stick with it, look no further. Allan gives a thorough step-by-step guide on creating your own Marketing Plan (in one page! as the title suggests) while giving helpful examples of past experiences. The great thing about this book is that it makes yourself be conscious of what you're currently doing in your marketing, and what you should focus on. Allowing you to take a step back and measure everything that is working and not working on your business. Highly recommended if you want to find new and better ways to improve your marketing, gather leads, and increase sales.

A well-presented book, and a must-read for every entrepreneur. Lots of golden nuggets for both the new and the experienced entrepreneur. Filling out the nine components of the one-page marketing plan will force you to think through the most critical aspects of your business marketing - an exercise that could save you a lot of pain in the future. This is a book I won't recommend to a competitor, but to everyone else, grab a copy now! Thanks, Allan - I'm now part of your “tribe”.

I work with many startups run by engineers who 'think' they know about marketing, but are really clueless on the subject. This is a great book to have them buy, so that we're all on (literally) the same page when discussing marketing. Easy to read because it gets to the point in each section. Goes way beyond 'Direct Response Marketing' in its scope. Three 'sections' with three 'chapters' in each section, so a total of 9 (nine) chapters. If you gain just a bit of wisdom from what Allan says here, it's well worth the price of the book. I recommend the 'paper' version, even though I have (and love) my Kindle, because you'll find yourself wanting to underline and make notes to yourself on many of the pages.

Absolutely loved reading this book. As someone venturing to start his own company, I found this book to be an invaluable resource in not only defining what marketing is and isn't, but also how to actually build out an effective marketing plan for my company that makes sense and gets results. I love the way the 1-Page Marketing Plan helps you think through the three primary stages of marketing - prospect, lead, and customer/client - and provides you with a simple and straightforward method to get a plan in place and then act on that plan. For those that might be interested, there's an accompanying online course that can be purchased that provides an even greater level and detail and know-how. I liked the book so much that I plan on doing this course as well. Seriously, if you own a small business, or heck even a medium to large business, get this book and put it into practice. After reading this book, I'm legitimately looking forward to marketing now as I feel appropriately equipped to do it. It no longer seems like such a daunting task. It's still going to be a lot of work, but I feel adequately armed with the knowledge to do it and do it effectively. I'd also like to mention that I emailed the author a note of thanks along with a couple of clarifying questions, and he promptly responded within about 12 hours. Considering the time difference between he and I, that's remarkable. Allan seems like a stand-up guy that genuinely wants to see other people experience success in their respective businesses.

For anyone who is considering or has a business, you have expertise in a particular area and are selling your expertise via products or services. You are like I was when I started my business. When I started my business I was confident that it was obvious that I had something they needed. This is the Ready, Fire, Aim approach and is doing things the hard way. Alan provides a very clear explanation of the right way to start and run a business. Trial and error is the hard way I took and after countless hours chasing customers, and spending thousands of dollars I turned to "experts" who were great at selling the "shiny thing" that would result in money pouring in. Sometimes the "shiny thing" helped and marketing gurus most often produced limited results that fell far short of the stated results I was to obtain. I have come to believe that Alan is correct, you should constantly evaluate and fine-tune every aspect of business. Sticking with "what worked in the past" will only go so far and will eventually lead to future failures. The "1-Page Marketing Plan" lays out very important timeless principles that apply to business in general. I would go as far as to say that if you only could pick one book to read about business this book would be a very strong contender. I have two bookcases full of business books and read an average of 2-3 a month, some I keep and many go to Goodwill. Business books are like computer books, they get stale quickly. This is not the case with this book. Do yourself a favor and buy this book, read it, think about what you are reading, put the information into action, and stick with it.

Do not let the low cost of this book fool you into taking it lightly. If you really, really want to grow your business without wasting time and scarce money on marketing, buy this book and complete the exercises inside. You will not be disappointed. Over the last 9 years, I have paid coaches to help me develop my business - over $56K (not to mention the cost of travel, hotels, etc... to attend training sessions). And while I learned quite a lot about the mechanics and systems of my particular business, no coach or combination of coaches were able to help me develop a solid marketing plan that would hold up month after month, year after year (since they didn't really have one either). So I was always on the lookout for books and courses regarding marketing my business (and I have read quite a number of books on the subject). That said, I am stunned that I have learned more about marketing in the 21st century and also the specific action steps to perform to develop a solid, functional, and sustainable plan from a $2.99 e-book than any other coach or book to date. I think I need to ask all those coaches I hired in the past for my money back. It was almost like the light bulbs were turning on in my brain as I read the pages and performed the exercises. Bam, bam, bam, bam, bam, bam. At the end of the book, I had a complete, robust, inexpensive, and sustainable marketing plan for my business. In fact, my marketing plan is so complete that I've already started implementing it. I'm a speed reader and I probably could have read the book in an hour or two. However, because I decided to complete the exercises in the book (they made a lot of sense to me and my previous coaches had not had me do the majority of these exercises), it took me over a week to complete the book. But wow, what a week of learning it was. The book is as complete as it gets. It logically progresses from the best definition of marketing I have seen, to walking through the steps and activities to define your marketplace, to developing the type of marketing thrust across multiple marketing legs to attract clients, get clients to trust you and want to do business with you, to retaining and growing the individual customers to continue purchasing over time. No matter what business you're in, whether it's service-related or manufactured goods, if you want to learn to market in the 21st century, and if you're willing to follow the advice and perform the exercises that the author Allan Dib provides in this book, then buy this book and you will learn to develop a marketing plan that will allow you to compete successfully and make you money. PS: Please don't tell my competitors about this book. I enjoy the advantage this gives me.

“Great value. I’m a tech specialist, but I didn't understand marketing at all. Now, I understand the role sales and marketing play and what needs to be done. It's a game changer. I’m more confident in what we should be doing and my team and I have set up marketing systems, from lead capturing to stimulating referrals. The concepts are super easy to understand and I love that they’re actually practical instead of being pure theory.”

I bought the course because I knew that I needed to know how to market my products. My products were selling but I felt it was to the wrong people. After doing your course and making my 1PMP, I was able to create content that actually spoke to the felt needs of my person. Now almost everyone who buys one of my products ends up buying all of them. They’re repeat customers, raving fans, willing to give me money and ideas to make new products for them. I could hire my first team last year and your course and the books and people you recommended helped me with the process.

I recently signed up for the Lean Marketing Academy and as a highly frustrated business owner in terms of actually getting my marketing unstuck (I’d rather not “do” marketing in my industry category if it’s not right) the LMA is brilliant! Thanks to the Team for putting this together and it’s the best decision I’ve made in 2024 😁 (in fact, possibly one of my best business decisions ever). The SOP’s and tutorials have unlocked a huge amount of value straight off the bat. I’m not sure if there are places left on their Accelerator program and I promise you that I have not been asked to give this recommendation, but I can strongly recommend investing, at least in their operating systems.

My advisor is great! I really appreciate him as a sounding board. He brought a lot of focus into what I need to do and what I'm working on. Learning to systemize and simplify has been the most valuable learning for my own business and to use with clients.
